Are we drinking our coffee wrong?
Coffee is an integral part of our daily lives. Most of us have a laid back attitude when it comes to painting a picture about ourselves. A good coffee is the best good morning… they say and it is true.
But do we drink our coffee properly to give us its benefits?
After the relevant research I am personally satisfied, since I drink plain freddo espresso. On the contrary, it turned out that cappuccino or any other version of coffee that we add whole milk, cream, syrups, sugar, supplies our body with added sugar, saturated fats, trans fats and calories and thus largely nullify the potential benefits of coffee.
If you do not like plain coffee, try to enhance its taste with natural ingredients, which are recommended by experts. Cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, a little skim milk or even nutmeg will help.
