Do we drink our coffee the wrong way?
Coffee is an integral part of our life. Most of us feel that the day has not begun before drinking coffee. They say that a good coffee is the best “good morning”… and it’s true.
But the question is do we drink our coffee right so that we may take advantage of its benefits?
After this research I am personally satisfied, as I drink freddo espresso with a little bit of stevia. On the other hand, it is a fact that cappuccino and any other version of coffee in which we add full-fat milk, cream, chocolate syrup, other syrups, sugar, provides our organism with additional sugar, saturated fat, trans fat and calories. Thus it greatly negates the potential benefits of coffee.


If you do not like black coffee, the experts recommend us to enhance its flavor with natural ingredients. The cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, some lean milk or even nutmeg are the best ingredients to do so.
