When the table is friendly and not formal it is nice to serve the steaks on a wooden platter .
On one side we put the steak. Next to it and a little higher in porcelain saucers ,we add the sauces that fit the most.
On the right side of the platter we place the roasted or boiled vegetables and at the top the individual cast iron pot which we have baked the potatoes or the sweet potatoes.
We support the cast iron pot with a towel to make it stand better.
Always next to the steak we put the special sharp knife that we cut meat with it.
