Katerina was born “next” to the lagoon of Messolonghi, so she “plays” seafood on her fingers.
The shrimp are fresh or frozen and we clean them and remove with a sharp knife the small intestine that is on the back of the shrimp. This is one of the secrets to make shrimp very tasty and of course we leave the head and tail.
Tomatoes are at their best this season, as are peppers.
This shrimp spaghetti is very tasty and easy to make and can star in family dinners.
