Soutzoukakia from Kaisaria

Soutzoukakia is a Greek and Turkish dish of spicy oblong köfte (egg-shaped meatballs) with cumin, cinnamon, and garlic served in tomato sauce.
Tsimeni is a spicy paste of garlic and paprika which is a good match for meats.
