On festive days let our imagination make a few tasty and colourful creations that everyone would love.
Using economic ingredients in red and white colours with some chocolate additions, it’d be possible to cook some delicate sweets.
We prepared delicious some “small Santas” that gave a touch of festive creativity next to the traditional ingredients.

In a clean and dry mixer bin, put the cream, sugar, vanilla and mastic liqueur. Whistle with the wire loudly until we have a tight whipped cream. |

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. |

Wash the strawberries and cut them from the top. With a teaspoon take a little bit of the strawberry inside. |

Put the whipped cream in a pastry bag and fill the strawberries. |

On the top put the piece that has been cut from the strawberries like a cap. On top of the red cap put a little more cream like a snap |

With a teaspoon, make two dots with melted chocolate and create the eyes of Santa. |

On a platter, strain basil or mint leaves and sprinkle the platter all over with sugar. |
