In a special metal bowl, put the ingredients together and let the mixture simmer while you keep stirring.

Once the mixture is done and takes the texture of a pudding, add the almonds, the mastic aroma and the almond.

Mix once and pour the loukoumia into a stack.

The next day cut the loukoumia in the shape we want and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
