Cuckoo is famous for her cooking. I am lucky to try many of her dishes and admittedly one is better than the other.

We cut the mashed potatoes, rinse them to remove the starch and strain them.

In a blender,we mix the lemon juice, orange juice, mustard, salt, turmeric, cloves and peppers until the ingredients are homogenous.

We Put the potatoes in a pan and pour the juices over them and mix well by hand, so that all the potatoes are poured.
