1 small bunch rosemary
2 slices Lemon without pips
2 cloves garlic chopped without the green germ
1 small bunch Fresh oregano
1 small bunch Sage
1 shot olive oil
salt
Freshly grated peppers
Half a glass of citrus juice

We clean the fish in a bowl with salted water for further cleaning.

We open the belly and sprinkle with salt and pepper. We add the garlic, oregano, rosemary, sage and slices of lemon.

Make a lengthwise incision at the sea bream in order to absorb the olive oil and become more delicious.

Pour the olive oil over the sea bream and put it on a hot grill soaked in citrus juice.

5-7 ' per side

Bake for 5 - 7 minutes on each side.

Serve with wild greens or green salad enriched with grilled vegetables.
