Baked tri-color penne (pasta)

Guilty delicacies

The favorite food of children of all ages.

Fast, very easy and very tasty. The tri-color penne give color and the cheeses the taste we love..

I like to use only yellow cheeses and Roquefort cheese and cover them over with slices of emmental cheese. In fact, in the last minutes before I take them out of the oven, I turn on the grill for a little while to give them a nice color. Also if you want you can put in sausages or even mushrooms.

Efi puts a little butter on top that I don’t like very much.

What is certain is that it will be as delicious as the sin of calories…
