4 oranges zest we can use from the ones above
200 ml orange balsamic
2 cans corn
2 cans corn sprouts
2 kg beets roots
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper

Beetroots salad with orange touches

A special salad, both in nutrients and vitamins, and in appearance.

They say that the more colourful our salad is, the sooner we greet the eye, and the “message” goes that we have filled the brain.

Although in this salad there is no green element, it doesn’t lack in vitamins and fiber which are necessary and we find them abundantly in other salads. We can always add lettuce or rocket depending on our tastes in relation to the salad.

Wash the beetroots well and put them in a pot of cold water.

Allow to boil for 25 minutes

Peel them and cut into cubes.

Fillet the orange slices and cut into cubes.

In a bass put beetroots, corn, sprouts, orange zest and fillets of oranges.

Pour salt, pepper, balsamic and finally olive oil.

Mix lightly and serve with garnish with some slices of orange.
