1 L fresh milk
3/4 cup sugar crystal
4 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp cacoa
1 cup couverture chocolate in zest
Zest of half orange
FOR THE VANILLIA CREAM
1 L fresh milk
3/4 cup sugar crystal
4 tbsp corn flour
1 vanilla
FOR THE BASE
1½ packet of biscuits
1 cup fresh milk
2 tbsp orange Liqueur

A cake that is made fast and mainly is so delicious that you can not imagine. The best I tasted on the border island of Marathi, with the emerald waters and the dreamy scenery, as if you were in Paradise. The Pirate gave me the original recipe…amazing.

PREPARE THE CHOCOLATE CREAM

In a cup of milk, dissolve firmly the cornflour and cocoa.

Pour the rest of the milk in a pot along with the sugar and boil over medium heat while stirring. Once warm, pour the cornflour mixture by stirring well with the balloon whisk.

Let the cream to curdle and just before it starts to boil, remove it from the fire. Add the chocolate and orange zest and mix lightly.

PREPARE THE VANILLA CREAM

In a cup of milk, dissolve firmly the cornflour.

Pour the rest of the milk in a pot along with the sugar and the vanilla and boil over medium heat while stirring.

Once warm, pour the cornflour mixture by stirring well with the balloon whisk.

Let the cream to curdle and just before it starts to boil, remove it from the fire.

Pour into a bowl the milk and the orange liqueur.

Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces, dip them into the bowl, lay them in a tray and add a layer of chocolate cream.

2-3 hours

Flatten the surface with the rubber spatula and put another layer of biscuit and chocolate cream, pressing down in order for the biscuits to stick. Empty the vanilla cream on top, smooth the surface and sprinkle with the couverture zest. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, covered with a membrane.

Remove from the refrigerator and cut it into large pieces.
