1 pack Crust sheets
1 ½ litre Milk
1 cup Fine semolina
1 cup sugar
3-4 tbsp milk butter
1 ½ vanilla
powdered sugar
cinnamon

Steps

Done

Put in a pot of milk, the semolina, and the sugar at a low temperature always to keep them from sticking.

Stir well until it becomes cream.

Remove the pot from the burner, pour the milk butter and the vanilla and mix lightly.

Butter a casserole, put eight crust sheets in between, buttered, the filling and the rest of the sheets above.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius preferably using the air until it gets brown.

Once we take it out of the oven, we let it cool down.

Serve by sprinkling it with sugar powder and a little cinnamon.

We use a handmade sheet and for those who know it, we recommend it for a better result.
