500 ml fresh milk
¾ cup semolina fine, sifted
100 gr. butter melted
3 eggs fresh
2 pinches nutmeg
freshly ground peppers
500 gr. feta broken with fork
150 gr. gruyere Grated
150 gr. whipping cream

Delicious and easy for any moment from morning to night.

If we want to give more aroma, we can add chopped mint, so we replace the nutmeg.

We can also add our own cheese mix from Katiki Domokou, kasseri or kefalotyri that will enhance the taste of the cheese pie.

We whisk the eggs in a bowl.

We put the milk in a saucepan and we heat it slightly, we add the semolina, the eggs and we stir with the whisk until the cream sets.

We remove from the heat and we add a little butter and we leave the cream to cool.

Once cool, we add the cheeses, nutmeg, freshly ground pepper and sour cream.

We mix well and if the mixture is tight then we add a little cream.

We cover the pot with transparent film and we put it in the fridge and we leave it for 1 hour, maybe even longer.

We cut the leaf into strips 8 cm wide. We spread the leaves and we put in 1 tablespoon of filling.

We wrap in an envelope or if you want you can make the cheese pies in round rolls.

We can fry the cheese pies in hot olive oil. We arrange them on a plate lined with absorbent paper.

If we want to bake the cheese pies in the oven, we spread them in a pan with oil paste and we spread the cheese pies. We pass their surface with egg yolk.
