Cheese tart

Its taste “overflows”

Autumn wants flavors of warmth;… what better a tart with Greek PDO cheeses, with a rustic touch of smoked metsovone and cheese. Fine butter and leeks give this harmony that balances the oiliness of the cheeses and butter. All the fine products of the Epirus land.

Next to the tart, a wine from Zitsa “ties” harmoniously and we travel to the beautiful land of stone bridges, mansions with stone and wood that emerge in a nature of unique beauty and purity of the environment.

What is certain is that it is worth an escape to the Continent of colors, beauty and flavors.
