1 cup of Naxos gruyere grated

Chicken burgers

Amazing taste…

Burgers are a safe choice for family dinners, as they are liked by young and old alike.

They are much lighter than ground beef burgers and are suitable even for those who are careful about their diet.

They are very easy to prepare and are served with greens, salad or vegetable puree or even french fries or rice.

Lemon goes well with chicken burgers.

If you want you can use minced turkey and various flavors such as thyme, oregano. You can also put tomato or pepper slices in the minced meat, so the taste “goes up” more.

In a large bowl we put the minced meat, egg, toast, olive oil, mustard, paprika, salt, pepper and cheese.

We knead vigorously until the ingredients are homogenous.

We cover the bowl with a transparent film and we put it in the fridge for 3 hours, for the aromas to emerge.

Once we take the minced meat out of the fridge, we knead it again.

We add the parsley and we knead until incorporated into the minced meat.

We shape the burgers.

We spread non-stick paper on a baking tray and we arrange the burgers.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
