Ingredients

1 chicken breast
80 gr bacon thick cut
500 gr valerian fresh
200 gr lettuce
10 tomatoes small
4-5 radish in slices
balsamic vinegar sauce
olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp honey
pepper freshly ground
salt

Chicken salad with valerian and yogurt sauce

A delicious fulfilling salat

Salats can be very tasty main courses not only for dieting but also when we want to eat healthier. Just like this salat that has a chicken breast and an epic combination of vegetables of high nutritional value.

If we want, we can add nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds or even dried goji berry or figs that are superfoods, therefore our salat is fulfilled with vitamins and antioxidants.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Pour some olive oil, a tablespoon of honey, the lemon juice, a tablespoon of mustard, a little salt, and a little freshly ground pepper.

Cover the bowl with a membrane and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Wash well the valerian and lettuce, cut them into small pieces with our hand and place them in a bowl. Pour in the sliced ​​radish and the tomatoes that are cut in the middle.

Take the chicken out of the fridge and sauté it in pan on high heat.

When the chicken starts to become white, pour into the marinade and the bacon which is cut into cubes. Fry until the chicken gets a gold color. Prepare the dressing by putting the yogurt, the lemon juice, the honey and the salt in a bowl and mix with the balloon whisk. Put the chicken that we fried in the dish, pour a little sauce of balsamic vinegar, on top, we place the salad that we have prepared and sprinkle with the dressing.

If we want we can marinate the salad whole in the bowl and then serve with the chicken.
