Chocolate Pancakes

Children’s favourite ones…

Pancakes have conquered the heart of young and older people all over the world.κοζάνη, υψώματα, χίονια, βουνά

The Chocolate Pancakes are first ranked in international searches according to the last Google Rankings… The multiple recipes that exist do not differ much from each other. Below we reveal the secret of how to keep their taste and freshness up to  the last pancake.

If you want, you can add almond or hazelnut powder and may also use different kinds of milk such as goat milk, coconut milk or almond milk.

You can douse with chocolate or sour cherry or strawberry sauce all over them . In any case accompany them with the fruit you love or sprinkle with nuts.

The “maple syrup”, the Canadian syrup, gives an exotic flavor, especially the fir honey is indicated or even a bit diluted grape molasses.

You can also serve chocolate pancakes with whipped cream…

If your kids do not like the taste of chocolate, you could remove cocoa from the recipe.σοκολατένια,pancakes

2 mins per side

We let it get a golden colour on one side for 2 minutes and turn it carefully on the other side, with the spatula leaving it for 2 more minutes.

8
Done

After it gets a golden color on the other side, we take it out from the pan and array them on a platter with absorbent paper.

9
Done

Every time we remove the pancakes and before laying the next, we remove the butter that may be left on the pan, clean the pan with a cloth or paper and add a new dose of butter to give our pancakes taste and colour.
