Ingredients

8 slices bread Wholemeal or multigrain
1 can of tuna in water
2 large spoons mayonnaise light
1 tbsp. ketchup or less
½ k.g. mustard powder
1 small cucumber grated
1 twig celery chopped
2 green onions finely chopped
5 leaflets mint fresh chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
1 large radish cut into thin slices
20 green salad leaves
10 lola leaves green and purple
5-6 tomatoes
olive oil Fine
10 black olives filleted

Cool Tuna Salad in an open sandwich

Instead of lola leaves, put thin slices of cool avocado on the bread and spread the tuna salad. What is certain is that your friends will love this delicious creation since you can serve it either as a light lunch or dinner or as a snack for your ouzo, after cutting the slices into pieces. We drain the tuna and we crush it with a fork.

We put the tuna in a large bowl and we add the onion, celery and salt and pepper.

We put the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard powder, lemon juice in a bowl and we mix until they incorporate

We strain and squeeze the cucumber in our hands to remove all the liquid.

We pour the mayonnaise mixture into the tuna and we add the cucumber, mint leaves and a little olive oil.

We refrigerate for 35 minutes.

We wash our salads and make a salad with lola in two colors and in the middle we put the chopped tomato. We sprinkle the salad with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
