Ingredients

3 cups corn flour
1 cup flour for all uses
1 cup olive oil
1 cup water warm
baking powder
1/2 kg spinach and nettle well washed
1/4 kg Feta cheese coarse
1/2 tsp Sea salt

At the mixer’s bowl we put corn flour, flour, olive oil, water, baking powder, and we mix it until they become a thick and solid dough.

Chop the greens with your bare hands. We keep only the tops of the nettles.

Add the greens to the mixture, salt and ground cheese.

Apply some oil on a pan and pour some corn flour, to avoid sticking.

Pour the mixture to the pan and bake at a preheated oven at 180 Celsius until it changes color.

Put a knife inside, in order to check if it is baked. The knife should stay clean.

Let it cool and cut into pieces.
