Cretan treat with nuts, orange juice and honey

Ingredients

Half a liter of olive oil
150 g. granulated sugar
50 g. Thyme honey
5 g. Cinnamon powder
130 g. broken fresh walnuts
1 shot Raki and Honey (Racomelo)
50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
2 g baking powder
1500 g. hard flour 70%, «approximately»

In the mixer bowl, add the olive oil and the sugar and whisk until «melted.»

Immediately after, add cinnamon, honey, orange juice, raki with honey and whisk for 1 minute vigorously.

Sieve the flour and mix it with baking powder.

Pour slowly in the bucket and hit with the mixer vigorously for one minute. Finally put the nuts and beat only slightly to homogenize the dough.
