Ingredients

250 gr. all-purpose flour sifted
1 cup sugar
¾ of a cup sunflower oil
¾ of a cup milk
3 eggs
Zest of 1 orange dewaxed
300 gr. apricots fresh
150 gr. cherries seedless

The delicious summer discovery

In the beautiful Galaxidi mansion with the captains’ houses, built in a natural fjord of the Corinthian, we met Chrysoula, in her mansion, Ganymidis.

We place the baking paper in a baking sheet with a diameter of 30cm, leaving it to protrude a little. This way the tart will be baked and come out of the pan better when we turn it over.

We put the sugar with the margarine in the pan and put it in the oven for a while at 180° C until they become caramel, without burning.

We cut the fruit into large pieces and spread them on top of the caramel.

In the bucket of the mixer with the whisk, we beat the sugar with the eggs and the zest until "they turn white".

We add alternately the oil and the flour with the milk.

We may need a little more flour to make the dough thick.

We pour it over the fruit and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 50-60 minutes.
