Efi’s Chicken Pies

An original tsipouro or wine appetizer

The truth is that I really like chicken pies with herbs but Efi is used to decorating them with artichoke flavor, which is very useful.

The yoghurt makes all the ingredients go well with each other and the cumin or the turmeric give this pleasant note. They are made quickly and are very tasty appetizers to accompany a glass of white wine or tsipouro in your garden or terrace at friendly gatherings. If you want to replace the artichokes, if some people do not like them, you can add pieces of kefalograviera cheese or gruyere cheese or even kasseri cheese. The choice is yours.

In a pan, we lay a baking paper and spread the chicken pies on top.
