Fresh salmon and linguine with cuttlefish ink

Explosion of taste and colors

Very easy to prepare and within 20 minutes you have an impressive meal. The salmon’s taste and color go well with the linguine’s with cuttlefish ink and the tomatoes come and balance the tasty harmony. If you don’t like linguine with cuttlefish you can use spaghetti or tagliatelle.

Wine or sparkling wine give this special touch to the taste. We choose the assyrtiko wine because it goes perfectly with the seafood, but a rosé agiorgitiko wine would also be amazing. For more refined palates, champagne or a sparkling wine would be a must. Efi prepared a rich green salad and this shrimp snack that we have given you the recipe of, the shrimp pilly pilly and the meal. The important thing is that in 45 minutes she prepared this amazing meal. Good mood and nice wine.
