A superfood dish

In a deep non-stick pan, after it burns well, we put the salmon and leave it for 6 minutes on one side and 5 on the other, turning it carefully so that the slice doesn't fell apart.

Then we pour the butter, olive oil and capers in the pan after rinsing them a little to remove the brine.

We remove the salmon from the heat and add the lemon juice.
At the same time, we boil the broccoli in a deep saucepan and as soon as it boils, add a little salt. It will take 10 minutes and the broccoli is ready.

We serve the salmon in large plates, pour the sauce over it and put the broccoli, on which we also pour sauce, next to it.
