4 big scoops of kaimaki ice cream
1 packet of chocolate Cookies
2 eggs
1 vanilla powder
a pinch of Cinnamon powder
200 gr blueberry jam or any other fruit flavor we like
60 gr almonds in slices
a little sunflower oil

In a tray, put the ice cream balls and keep in the freezer for 2 hours to freeze.

In the blender thick cut the cookies.

In a tray spread the cookies and roll the ice cream balls.

Press the cookies with our hands in order to embed into ice cream.

Rap around each ice cream ball with a membrane and put it in the freezer for 3 hours.

Afterwards, beat the eggs and pour the vanilla to take its fragrance and add a pinch of cinnamon if we wish to.

In a pan with hot sunflower oil, fry the ice cream balls for 20 seconds.
