Flavor of Spring, taste of celebration

An unbelievable tasty creation that strengthens our organism. Mushrooms are my favorites and their combination with rice, pasta and legumes strengthens their proteins, trace elements and minerals they contain.

Besides, it is an excellent food, since proteins due to the presence of all the necessary amino acids are of high biological value and compete in the quality of animal proteins, but without the burden of toxins and fats. They are an ideal nutritional choice for vegetarians and people seeking a balanced diet. The calories they contain are minimal, only 13 cal/ 100 gr .

Trace minerals and minerals that they contain are particularly rich. Potassium is necessary for the balance of electrolytes and the good functioning of the cardiovascular system and bones. Also, mushrooms are a rich source of phosphorus, selenium that binds the free radicals of the organism and zinc, which contributes to the proper functioning of the immune and reproductive system.

In short, a gourmet treasure for our body.
