Fresh with the cool taste of our mountains. All in all d it is very easy to make it at home by choosing a nice traditional sheep yogurt and cow yogurt.

The fresh oregano, thyme and the variety of freshly ground peppers will give aroma and the aftertaste has this rustic touch of our proud mountains.

We put the yogurt with the salt in a bowl and we mix enough.

Then, we put the yogurt in a cheesecloth sealing its ends. We tie well with a string and pass a wooden spoon through it so as to attach the cheesecloth to the rim of a pot.

In this way, the excess water and salt will drain from the yogurt.

We put the pot in the fridge. It takes about 24 hours for the yogurt to drain the liquids.

Next, we remove the cheese that is ready from the cheesecloth. We put the cheese in a bowl and we add the sheep yogurt, milk and olive oil.
