The sure thing is that you will conquer everyone with this juicy, glamorous and delicious cake. Each slice is a temptation and you never stop at one. It’s the cake of joy.

However Nafplion, the city of my father’s origins, gives this nostalgic atmosphere and charm..that is all wrapped in this cake.

The recipe is yours, you can replace cherry with another sweet preserve of your choice. I have made it with blackberry and raspberry but also with orange pieces…just great.
