a little mint fresh, chopped
150 gr feta

Grandma’s pumpkin pie

A pie whose recipe comes from Katerina’s grandmother.

It has only one sheet so the filling is crispy and it is delicious. You can also sprinkle it with grated cheese so it becomes even more delicious.

To enhance the taste, we add green onion, poppy seed or a few chopped chervils to the filling. Another idea is not to use any sheets and to layer the pan with oil paste and to put the filling on top and bake it in a strong oven, so it becomes even lighter for those who pay attention to their diet.

We squeeze the zucchini with our hand so that they do not have liquids.
In a large metal bowl we put the zucchini, onion, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, pepper and we mix vigorously with our hand.

With a fork, we break the feta and we add it to the bowl.
We grease a pan 36 or 38 No and we spread the sheet.
