Ingredients

3 eggs
2 finely chopped tomatoes matured
4 tbsp. olive oil
200 gr Feta cheese Slices into cubes
2 tbsp. tomato paste
200 gr syncline chopped or corned beef
2 iceberg leaves chopped
salt
variety of peppers
οregano
bread of our choice

Sauté the chopped tomatoes in the pan with the olive oil until it withers and takes off its juices. Then, we add the tomato paste and continue sautéing.

We lower the heat and we put the whole eggs and gradually break them into the pan with a wooden spoon. Continue for two minutes until the eggs are cooked, stirring two to three times.

Remove the pan from the heat and add salt, pepper, oregano, feta and Mani Syncline. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated. Cut the focaccia in the middle and bake it. When it is ready, at the bottom add the spoonful of kayan filling and the iceberg on top.

Then pour a pinch of salt and close with the top of the bread.

Serve on a plate and place between two pieces of sandwich rocket and tomato.
