Guzlemedes

Asia Minor cheese pies

Delicious fried cheese pies stuffed with feta or cream cheese that are “closed” on an airy sheet. If you want, add other cheeses together with the feta, such as grated cheese or smoked metsovone and the taste is incredible.

The fresh mint gives an incredible aroma or if we want we can add fennel and a little nutmeg.

The thinner the leaf, the tastier they become. Gulzemedes are made like envelopes or triangles that I like best in appearance.

The bad thing is that we can not stop eating; they are so delicious

In a bowl, we mix the water, vinegar, olive oil and salt.
