Ingredients

1 packet crust sheet
FOR THE FILLING
250 gr. feta cheese PDO
250 gr. anthotyro cheese
250 gr. creamy cheese (xinomyzithra, tyrovolia, katiki or anevato cheese)
2 Large eggs
Half a cup of fresh milk
2 tbsp. olive oil
Half a bunch of dill chopped

Island cheesecakes

Very easy and very tasty

Many times we want to eat something light with a rich salad at noon or prepare a snack for the kids.

These cheesecakes are the easiest and tastiest. Efi uses various white cheeses and dill or fennel we could also add mint.

We could also use yellow cheeses such as kasseri, kefalograviera, metsovone, all of course grated. We can also add chopped bacon that we have just sautéed or slices of sausages or even turkey.

Cheeses, eggs, milk, olive oil, freshly ground peppers and we mix well.
