Narration
Minced meat roll with graviera and aromatics
A delicious creation that overflows with flavor
A safe choice that everyone likes and we combine it with whatever we like. We can put whole fresh boiled eggs, tomato, leek, cheese or feta cheese or bacon or carrot or zucchini in the middle. If we want to increase the taste even more, add a little Roquefort or blue cheese to the cheeses.
We can even make and bake the roll in a baking pan or we can even put it in the form of a cake with oil paste and make the roll in levels and in the middle the filling.
Serve with mashed or french fries or even grilled or vegetable puree, whatever you choose, blends harmoniously with the roll.
If we like we can pour in tomato sauce with basil. The choice is yours.
Minced meat roll with graviera and aromatics

In a frying pan, sauté the dried and fresh onions in olive oil over medium heat until they have a brownish color. |

Take out the onions and put them in a bowl and leave the pan aside. |

In a large bowl put the minced meat, onions, soft mustard, oregano, parsley, lightly beaten eggs, salt, freshly ground peppers, paprika, toasted breadcrumbs and knead the minced meat well and turn it on the other side. Cover with cling film and refrigerate the minced meat for about 2 hours, or maybe longer. |

Take the minced meat out of the fridge, knead it a little and spread it on the counter, opening it a little on a surface, with the help of the rolling pin if you want. |

Right in the middle we put the graviera and close the minced meat by rolling tightly. |

If we want, we tie it with a rope to stand. |

Put the roll in the pan and pour the olive oil over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180o C for 45-55 minutes. |

Take it out of the oven and leave the roll to cool a bit and cut it into slices. |
