Ingredients

1 kg oat flour from St. George Mills
150 gr. soft flour No 2
5 gr. baking powder
400 gr. margarine
200 ml sunflower oil
150 ml bottled water
50 ml of orange juice
1 tbsp. Baking soda
600 gr. flower honey or thyme honey
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. clove and cinnamon powder
150 gr. hazelnuts coarsely chopped
40 gr. oat flakes

A superfood snack for all hours

Only in recent years have we discovered the power that oats hide in it, since it is a cereal of special nutritional value. Oats are an important source of soluble and insoluble fiber.

Beta-glucans, which are soluble fiber, help maintain low cholesterol levels. Oats have the highest content of proteins of significant nutritional value compared to other cereals.

In the cookies we used oat flour from St George Mills due to the high nutritional value and the high content of edible fibers and beta-glucans. The beneficial results are ensured with the daily intake of 3 g. β-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran or mixtures of β-glucans in combination with a varied and balanced diet.

So we must in every way include in our diet oats, the valuable I would say.
