We wash the oranges well, peel them and put them in the blender for 2 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, we whisk together the oil with the sugar until they are fluffy.

Once the sugar has melted, we add the oranges and beat them for a while.
At the same time, we put in the flour together with the soda and after we mix them, we sift them in a bowl.

In the mixing bowl, we add the egg and the flour alternately and beat them with the dough hook for 5 minutes, always in the same direction.

We pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan.
