Pasticcio with screws “like a cake”

A variation of the favorite delicious creation that characterizes Greek cuisine with Venetian influences… Delicious as you can imagine. Instead of spaghetti, we used screws and put myrrh, ginger in the minced meat and “extinguished” it with ouzo. You can use penne or other pasta that you like and if in ouzo “you do not say yes” then extinguish the minced meat with wine, Greek variety. Finally, we baked the pastitsio in a round pan so that it looks like a cake and cut it into triangular pieces.
