Ingredients

For 4 persons
2 squid of 400 gr- 500 gr
200 gr Feta cheese cut in cubes
1 Tomato cut in cubes or slices
1 green pepper cut in cubes
some Parsley finely chopped
1/2 Lemon Juice
olive oil
Lemon-oil sauce
Lemon Juice

Squid stuffed with feta cheese

Summer taste unlikely to give create to memories.

The more fresh the squid or thresher the more delicious our food will be.

Feta cheese along with tomato, pepper and fresh parsley would give special aroma to the filling and it is very easy to make.

If we wish we may add colourful peppers or Florina Pepper,  or even yellow cheese, or various spices and herbs.

There are those time we want to cook something easy and quick for friends or family and resort to some of the well-known junk food delivery …

Well, we share with you a very easy recipe that takes 40 minutes to complete and only 10 minutes to prepare.

Clean squids carefully internally and rinse them.

Leave them on the strainer to drain and brush them inside with some olive oil.

In a bowl add the feta cheese, tomato cubes, green pepper, parsley, lemon juice and mix well with a fork.

Attach the squids with a toothpick on the top so that the filling does not overflow and bake them on the oven or grill for 30 minutes.

At intervals, use a fork to make sure it's ready.

Let it cool down and serve on a large platter.

In a bowl put the sauce materials and make a thick olive oil by shaking it with a fork.
