Stir Fry Chicken (“Tigania” in greek) from Roumeli
A tasty food that we enjoyed at Lidoriki, next to Lake Mornos. Indeed the materials we used were the best of their kind.The honey is of the highest quality. Actually, Kostas Rellos is an awarded beekeeper and his honeycombs are located at special bee gardens from the the ridges of Vardousia Mountain until the Galaxidi coasts. The olive oil he used derives from the historic olive grove of Amfissa.

In a medium pot add a bit olive oil and put it on the heat. |

Put the chicken in the pot and sauté it until it gets nice color by flipping it with a tongs on both sides. |

Add the dry and fresh onions and garlic and sauté them all together. |

Deglaze with tsipouro and let the alcohol evaporate. |

Add salt and pepper. |

Add the mustard and chicken broth. |

Let them boil in moderate heat in a covered pot for 40 minutes. |

Stir the pot and when the sauce gets a bit thick, add the honey at the last minute. |
