The spaghetti of Stergios the fisherman

Taste indelible…

An incredible pasta is what Sergios, who fishes in the Delta of Axios, made for me.

It is very easy to make and we can add that we still want octopus, tuna, cuttlefish, crayfish or blue crabs.

The more ingredients the pasta has, the tastier it becomes.

The taste of fragrant and is what you need for the fast of August 15th.

I was very happy because I was able to photograph the pasta dish right at the point where Axios meets Thermaikos.
