The summer two-storey club sandwich is delicious and filling!

The kids love it, Michael, Stefanos and Melpomene will go crazy for sure. We can “close” in its crispy slices all the “goodies”. Ham, grilled chicken fillet, various cheeses, sauces and even burgers that we cut in half horizontally. Eggs again can be made fried eyes crispy or even boiled. This way we will have the quality control of the materials at home and we will satisfy the sensitive… palates of our friends.

We put the mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl. We sprinkle with peppers and we mix well.

We bake the bread in the toaster or on the grill until golden brown.

We put 3 toasted slices on the cutting board and we spread them with the mayonnaise mixture.

We put a slice of cheese, a slice of lettuce, two slices of tomato and we add pepper or salt. But you have to remember that bacon is as salty as turkey
