To make the cinnamon juice boil 4 cinnamon sticks with 2 glasses of water for 20 minutes until it gets a brownish red color.

To make the lye, dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder in a glass of water and boil for 10 minutes.

Dissolve the soda in the lye and put in a pan all the liquids together almost lukewarm except the olive oil which is at room temperature.

Blend with our hand firmly and in the end, slowly pour the flour.

Knead firmly until the dough becomes malleable and detachable from our hand.
