Ingredients

330 ml water
50 ml olive oil
6 gr. salt
12 gr. sugar
250 gr hard flour sifted
3 big eggs
A little vanilla
For the syrup
1 kg sugar
500 ml water
120 ml glucose
Half Lemon

Prepare the syrup first by putting all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 10 seconds while stirring. Let the syrup to become lukewarm because we do not want it to be hot.

Put the water, oil, sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat them until they boil, stirring well.

Add the flour and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture peels off the sides.

Allow the mixture to cool and the temperature to drop to 45 °C.

Then add the eggs and vanilla and stir again with the ladle until the mixture is homogenized.

When filling the confectionery bag with a nose tip No 12 or 14, depending on the size you want.

In the fryer, preheat the oil to fry it.

Dip the scissors in the oil a little and push the bag and cut the dough that 'runs'. Then just dip the scissors in the hot oil and cut again. Fry and immediately remove them from the oil and pour them with the help of a ladle in the syrup and leave for seconds to absorb the syrup.
